 SHEET METAL CAPABILITIES

In-house sheet metal capabilities include fully automated laser systems for high speed laser cutting. AMF has invested in two new state of the art 3kw automated Trumpf Fibre laser cutting centres. These systems allow AMF to offer fast turnaround laser cutting at extremely competitive prices. Further investment in two new automated CNC punching and CNC forming systems allows our production to run around the clock. Our complete service also includes CNC press braking, spot welding, stud welding and Pemserting. We also have a complete metal welding department as well as all onwards fabrication and powder coating capabilities.

 STOCKHOLDING

AMF can offer stockholding against orders and also offers kanban or direct to line call offs as required. This offers our customers the ability to minimise their stockholding and increase productivity. All delivered by our own fleet of transport.
